ABOUT
SIDE ST. FILMS:
--is meant to be a creative outlet as much as it is now a small business. The mission is: run & gun whenever useful, simplify production whenever possible, and approach all stories and genres with the intent of finding a new angle—whether stylistically or philosophically.
I plan to use Side St. to eventually produce independent feature films in NY and the East Coast, and turn my feature and pilot writing into Proof of Concepts.
MYSELF:
I grew up in Metro New York, surrounded by creatives in my family and neighborhood, and quickly took up rough-and-tumble filmmaking and high school passion projects. My original “education” was in documentary, which has informed absolutely all of my work--starting with random freelance photo and video gigs in 2016, and leading me to my current career.
FILMMAKER - PHOTOGRAPHER - SCREENWRITER
I attended SCAD for screenwriting, and between jobs and film projects, I’ve completed multiple feature screenplays, earning recognition on the weekly Blacklist, Austin and PAGE. Most recently, I've been working on my first novel, and co-working on a graphic novel, both based off my feature screenplays.
Later this year, I will finally be moving home to New York, wrapping up my time in Savannah, GA. While in Savannah, I’ve worked both as a Production Asst. on Apple TV and Warner Bro’s productions, and also as a wedding videographer/photographer, starting with Jeff + Mollie and learning from the best, eventually launching Side St. Weddings!
